Core Support Plan

Our core support plan is a great way to get started if you are a smaller organization.  This plan covers any three devices of your choosing where we'll be on call for troubleshooting and repair on your 40 hour schedule.

Of course, preventing problems in the first place is always the smart approach and this plan provides the following services to keep your devices running smoothly. 

Support 8am to 5pm, M-F
3 Devices Covered
1 Onsite Visit / mo.
$99 Initial Fee

 

Service includes:

  • Operating System updates and fine-tuning
  • Anti-virus scans and updates
  • System inventory
  • Monitoring agent

You can add more devices under this plan for $9 per device, per month.  Additional onsite support (beyond the guaranteed 1 visit per month and any onsite visits resulting from a service call for a covered device) can be purchased at $100/hr.
